Job Description

Business Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential clients and actively reach out to decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through industry networking, cold calling, and business visits


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Meet with prospective clients, present company offerings, and customize solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close transportation contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns proactively.


Strategic Planning & Market Development

  • Develop a business growth strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance service offerings.
  • Provide insights on pricing strategies, service improvements, and operational efficiencies.


Operational Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with fleet managers and logistics teams for smooth execution of transportation contracts.


Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track lead conversion, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Provide regular business reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements in business development strategies.
