Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage and oversee employee transportation across various IT park locations in Pune. The role involves supervising daily transport operations, ensuring full vehicle compliance, and coordinating efficient cab arrangements for employees.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day transport operations across multiple IT park sites in Pune
• Ensure smooth and timely pickup/drop services for all employees
• Coordinate with cab vendors, fleet operators, and drivers
• Plan, allocate, and monitor vehicle deployment as per business needs
• Maintain vehicle compliance, documentation, and regulatory records
• Handle transport queries, complaints, and emergency situations
• Maintain daily MIS reports, logs, and route schedules
• Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company transport policies
• Conduct periodic checks of vehicles and driver performance
• Work closely with HR/Admin/Operations teams
