Job Summary:The Visa Counsellor is responsible for guiding clients through the complete visa application process for various countries. This role involves assessing eligibility, providing accurate documentation guidance, coordinating with embassies/consulates, and ensuring timely submission of visa applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on visa categories, requirements, and procedures for tourist, business

• Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa options
• Explain visa documentation clearly and verify documents as per embassy guidelines
• Fill and review visa application forms with accuracy
• Schedule visa appointments and biometrics
• Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and consulates for submissions and follow-ups
• Track application status and update clients regularly
• Handle visa rejections and provide guidance for re-application
• Maintain client records, checklists, and compliance documentation
• Stay updated with latest visa rules, policies, and immigration changes
• Achieve monthly visa targets while ensuring service quality
• Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and counselling skills
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
• Knowledge of embassy procedures and VFS processes
• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Qualifications & Experience:Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or similar role
• Experience handling Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia visas is an advantage
