Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled TV Technician responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining television sets and related electronic equipment. The technician will ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults in LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.
• Perform installation, setup, and configuration of televisions at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to display, sound, connectivity, motherboard, power supply, and panel faults.
• Replace or repair defective components such as panels, boards, speakers, and cables.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing of TV units to ensure proper functioning.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide technical guidance when required.
• Maintain service records, job sheets, and repair reports.
• Follow company service protocols and safety guidelines during repair and installation.
• Coordinate with spare parts and logistics teams for required components.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in TV repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of LED, LCD, Smart TV technologies and circuit troubleshooting.
• Ability to use electronic testing tools and equipment (multimeter, soldering tools, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking and smart TV connectivity issues.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in TV repair/service (preferred).
• Preferred SkillsExperience in authorized service centers or OEM service networks.
• Ability to work independently in field service roles.
• Basic computer skills for service reporting.
• Working ConditionsField visits to customer locations may be required.
• Ability to handle and transport electronic equipment safely.
