TV Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible TV Engineer / Technician to install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair television systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, and repair LED, LCD, Smart TVs, Android TVs, and related display systems
• Diagnose technical issues related to display panels, power supply, motherboards, and audio/video components
• Perform fault analysis and carry out repairs efficiently within defined TAT
• Handle on-site service and breakdown calls professionally
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs
• Maintain service reports, job cards, and repair documentation accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams, service partners, and customers as required
• Provide technical guidance and basic usage instructions to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a TV Technician / Electronics Service Engineer
• Strong knowledge of TV hardware, circuits, and electronic components
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and service manuals
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required

Experience

• 3–9 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple TV brands and smart TV OS platforms
• Knowledge of panel handling, soldering, and component-level repair
• Valid two-wheeler driving license
