Urgent Hiring For Presales Manager

Job Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Presales Team Leader to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving presales excellence, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement.

The Presales Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of Pre-sales executives, ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and motivation to meet business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, real estate market understanding, and the ability to support complex client interactions.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of presales executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Guide team members in client communication, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
• Support and assist in closing high-value and complex deals
• Handle escalated client queries or concerns with prompt and effective resolution
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, project details, and industry best practices
• Set clear team goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and team performance
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture

What we are looking for :

• Strong leadership and team-management skills

• In-depth knowledge of real estate sales and presales processes

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Presales / Real Estate Sales
