Role Summary:

We are hiring skilled and communication-driven professionals for the US Healthcare Voice Process in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in US healthcare processes and are comfortable working in a night shift environment. The position requires excellent English communication skills, the ability to handle voice-based customer interactions, and a strong understanding of US healthcare processes. Immediate joiners are highly preferred as we are looking to close multiple positions quickly.

Open Positions:

US Healthcare Voice Process Executive (1+ Year Experience) – Pune

CTC: ₹47K – ₹48K per month

• Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions related to US healthcare processes, AR experience with denial management

• Provide accurate information and support to customers as per process guidelines

• Maintain quality standards and follow compliance requirements

• Ensure effective communication and resolution of customer queries

• Maintain proper documentation and call records as per company policies

Requirements• Minimum 1 year and above experience in US Healthcare Voice Process, AR experience with denial management

• Graduate qualification mandatory

• Excellent English communication skills required

• Ability to work in night shifts

• Immediate joiners preferred who can join within 7days only
