Position: Vending Machine Operator – Snacks Refilling

Locations: Pune - Yerawada, Kharadi, Magarpatta

Objective of the Role:

The Vending Machine Operator is responsible for refilling, cleaning, and maintaining snacks vending machines installed at client locations. The role ensures machines are fully stocked, functional, hygienic, and provide uninterrupted service to end users. The operator also maintains stock records and reports issues or service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned client locations as per daily route plan
• Refill snacks vending machines with required products
• Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (first-in-first-out) rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vending machines
• Ensure machines are operational and properly displayed
• Maintain refill and stock records for each machine
• Report low stock, damages, or technical issues to supervisor
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine repairs
• Ensure proper product placement and merchandising standards
• Follow client site entry and safety protocols

Daily Tasks

• Load products from warehouse/vehicle
• Travel to client sites
• Open machine and refill snacks
• Remove expired/damaged products
• Clean internal and external surfaces
• Check power and machine functioning
• Update refill log / mobile app entry
• Take photo proof (if required)
