Vertical Lead-Customer Lifecycle Monetization

Description

To lead and optimize customer lifecycle monetization strategies for renewals, ensuring consistent premium growth, customer retention, and operational excellence through data-driven insights.

  • Renewals Strategy & Delivery
    • Drive month-on-month premium targets through lifecycle interventions and lead management. Working extensively in identifying cohorts which can help achieve monetization by doing upsell cross-sell & winback.
    • Own topline delivery via Digital interventions.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Design and execute customer engagement journeys to improve retention and upsell.
    • Monitor lead flow, consumption, and servicing metrics.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Deep dive into data to generate actionable insights.
    • Oversee dashboard reporting and performance presentations.
  • Performance & Governance
    • Set and monitor KPIs for team leads and executives.
    • Continuously improve productivity and customer satisfaction met
