Vertical Lead Extended Warranty Claims & Network

Description

  1. Service Planning and Strategy
  • Derive and Deliver Strategies for the Improved & Optimized Claims Service Experience
  1. Team Management
  • Manage the Team and Drive Claims Service Excellence
  • Conduct timely reviews and give timely feedback to team members & ensure KPI/KRA’s are met/exceeded
  1. Cost Optimization
  • Liaison with Underwriting Team to check Loss Making Zones/Dealers/IMD’s and do RCA, accordingly share feedback to U/W for any price corrections or abnormal behavior of any product
  • Conduct and Implement Cost Optimization Strategies within the claims function, share the outcome with Management on monthly basis
  1. Client Management
  • Conduct Service Reviews with Key Accounts Managers of Various OEM’s/IMD’s and showcase strengths & performance of service functions to OEM’s/IMD’s

Implement Sustainability Ideas/Processes across functions and share the outcome with Internal/External Stakeholders
