Vertical Lead Extended Warranty Claims & Network
Description
- Service Planning and Strategy
- Derive and Deliver Strategies for the Improved & Optimized Claims Service Experience
- Team Management
- Manage the Team and Drive Claims Service Excellence
- Conduct timely reviews and give timely feedback to team members & ensure KPI/KRA’s are met/exceeded
- Cost Optimization
- Liaison with Underwriting Team to check Loss Making Zones/Dealers/IMD’s and do RCA, accordingly share feedback to U/W for any price corrections or abnormal behavior of any product
- Conduct and Implement Cost Optimization Strategies within the claims function, share the outcome with Management on monthly basis
- Client Management
- Conduct Service Reviews with Key Accounts Managers of Various OEM’s/IMD’s and showcase strengths & performance of service functions to OEM’s/IMD’s
Implement Sustainability Ideas/Processes across functions and share the outcome with Internal/External Stakeholders
