Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-converting content for social media and performance marketing. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, hooks, and fast-paced editing styles that drive engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts) with high retention and engagement
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and basic motion graphics
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies
• Create multiple variations of ad creatives for testing
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Optimize videos based on performance data (CTR, watch time, conversions)
• Manage and organize video assets efficiently
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in video editing (freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Understanding of social media trends and ad creatives
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction
• Good to HaveExperience in D2C or food brands
• Knowledge of performance marketing creatives
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and ad psychology
