Role Overview: Exceptional Technology is seeking a skilled Video Editor and Shooter to create high-quality video content for manufacturing and B2B technology companies. The ideal candidate will excel in both shooting on location and delivering impactful edited videos that showcase complex industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit professional videos, including product showcases, customer stories, brand films, and social media content.
• Capture footage at manufacturing facilities, factories, and client sites using professional camera equipment.
• Develop compelling visual narratives that simplify technical concepts and highlight innovation.
• Manage full video production workflow — from pre-production planning to final color grading and delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align videos with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of professional camera setups, lighting, audio, and on-location shooting.
• Ability to create engaging content that communicates complex technical information effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work in dynamic industrial environments.
