Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• VMC programming & editing (FANUC/ HAAS)
• Job setup, fixture alignment, tool offset & work offset setting
• Engineering drawing reading & GD&T interpretation
• Selection of milling tools, cutters, inserts & machining parameters
• In-process inspection using Vernier, micrometer, height gauge
• Maintain 5S, machine upkeep & documentation
Skills Required
• Hands-on VMC operation & G-code understanding
• Good knowledge of milling tooling & machining parameters
• Ability to read mechanical drawings accurately
• Basic quality inspection skills
