We are seeking a skilled and responsible VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator to operate and maintain VMC machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine setup, tool selection, and quality inspection to ensure accurate and efficient production.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate VMC machines as per job orders and engineering drawings
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately before machining
• Load CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to offsets
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Measure and inspect components using Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
• Ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances and quality standards
• Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor
• Maintain proper records of daily production and quality checks
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working area
