Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain daily specials, dishes, and recommendations.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring the correct presentation and quality.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operation and timely order delivery.
• Process billing and handle payments accurately.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of cutlery, glassware, and service items when required.
• Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred (restaurant/café/hotel experience).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Presentable, punctual, and disciplined.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing systems is an advantage.
