Job in Brief: We are hiring an enthusiastic and presentable waiter to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for our guests in the café’. The waiter is responsible for taking orders accurately, communicating with the kitchen staff, serving the dishes following the table manners, clearing the served food and beverages & ensuring customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: On Roll, Full-time ,Shift-based

Location: The Fat Labrador,DSK Ranwara Pool, Shop No.4A, Business Square, Opp, DSK Ranwara Rd, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411021

Education

: 10th/12th passed wth ability to speak, read and write in english, Hindi , Marathi

Experience: Minimum 6 month

working in café-style kitchens/ restaurants or canteens or street food shops

Fixed

Salary  : ₹ 2.52 Lac Per annum or ₹ 21000/month

+ Performance-based incentives of Rs 2 Kper month

Shift Timings:

Working days : Fixed duty hours of 9 hours with understanding for your work life balance. Weekends are working and rotational weekly off will be given on any week-day from Monday to Friday

Paid Leaves : 1 paid leave per month

Probation Period : 2 Months

Eligibility:

l  Education: 10th/12th passed With ability to speak, read and write in english, Hindi , Marathi

l  Minimum 6 months experience working as a waiter

l   Must be willing to work on weekends, evenings, or split shifts

l   Age: 18+

Skills Required:

l  Polite and confident communication

l  Clean grooming and professional body language

l  Ability to speak, read and write in english, Hindi , Marathi

l  Ability to multitask and work under pressure

l  Punctual and Time Management skills

l  Ability to understand customer orders and and share them with the kitchen staff and serve the food

Key Responsibilities

l  Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables

l  Take customer orders accurately and share them with the kitchen staff

l  Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

l  Provide menu recommendations when asked

l  Handle customer queries and obtain feedback politely

l  Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and hygiene

l  Coordinate with the kitchen staff and the barista for sharing orders and serving smoothly 

l  Refill water, clear and reset the tables for the new guests

l  Follow the standard operating principles(SOPS) for the service and ensure guest satisfaction
