Job Description
- Welcome and seat guests in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained during service
- Attend guest requests promptly and handle basic complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Clear tables and reset for next guests
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times
