Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a professional, high-energy Server to join our team. You are the face of the guest experience—responsible for more than just delivering plates. You’ll be an expert on our menu, a master of timing, and a proactive problem-solver who ensures every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and provide attentive service throughout the meal without being intrusive.

Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials.

Sales & Recommendations: Use your knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and upsell appetizers, cocktails, or desserts to enhance the guest experience.

Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timing is perfect.

Service Standards: Perform side-work (rolling silverware, prepping stations) and maintain a clean, organized dining area according to health and safety standards.

Teamwork: Collaborate with runners, bussers, and bartenders to ensure a seamless flow of service across the entire floor.

What We’re Looking For
