Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Warehouse Executive to handle day-to-day warehouse activities and support smooth operational processes in the oil & pulses trading business. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inward and outward stock of oil & pulses products

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports

Coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatch activities

Ensure proper storage and handling of goods

Work closely with sales, purchase, and accounts teams for order execution

Follow up with transporters for timely deliveries

Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages

Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards

Prepare daily/weekly operational and stock reports

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation

Good coordination and communication skills (Marathi, basic English)

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented

Qualification

HSC / Graduate

2–4 years of experience in warehouse / operations
