Job DescriptionWe are ing for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role is critical in maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring timely dispatch, and fostering a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, team management, and inventory systems, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of s.
• Ensure that all processes are compliant with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules to meet business demands.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with logistics partners for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly.
• Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement improvements.
• Leverage technology and warehouse management systems to streamline operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive accountability.
• QualificationsProven experience (3+ years) as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
