📌 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Executive to manage and process warranty claims for our electric vehicle manufacturing company. The role involves handling warranty documentation, coordinating with dealers and service centers, verifying claim criteria, and ensuring timely claim settlements. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and prior experience in warranty/service operations in the automobile or EV sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Process warranty claims on a timely basis for each dealer or distributor.

Ensure all warranty paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.

Verify claim criteria as per factory/distributor policies.

Reconcile warranty receivables with payments in coordination with the accounts team.

Resubmit rejected claims promptly or seek authorization for write-offs.

Follow up on pending or outstanding claim payments.

Track warranty parts with proper tagging (repair order no., replacement date, disposal date).

File and maintain all service and warranty records as per company and warrantor requirements.

Assist in cashier and telephone duties if required.

Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned by management.

💡 Skill Set

Knowledge of warranty claim processing (preferably in automobile/EV industry)

Understanding of service operations and after-sales support

Strong MS Office / Excel skills for documentation and reporting

Good communication and customer handling abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate with dealers, distributors, and service teams

1–3 years of experience in warranty, service, or related roles (automobile/EV preferred)

Local language proficiency (preferred)
