Wealth Manager

Job Purpose:

To handle and manage Direct Sales leads of PSF – NTB WEALTH PSF ; team members in managing talent and performance of sales force; Identify and lead execution of improvement initiatives in process, technology, product-mix and technology to increase topline, market share and quality of business from the channel with in the PSF strategy and defined objectives, organizational and IRDA guidelines.

 Accountabilities :

1.      Responsible for driving New business of assigned vertical

2.      Ensuring regulatory compliance in everything we do while

promoting business.

3.      Adhering to regulatory requirements, monitoring quality of

business, audit and compliance of sales and backend process.

Preferred skills :

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
2. Ability to engage with HNIs
3. Good understanding of analytics and processes
4. Good understanding of finance and technology
