Workday HCM Consultant for Time and Absence Management

Workday - KDNI - HCM

Roles & responsibilities

•Identify Business Requirements for Absence Management and/or Time Tracking  work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project. •Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. •Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze and translate business requirements to Workday system •Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments.

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree- BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MBA/MCA​ •Workday Certification in HCM is must.​ •Workday Certification in Time/Absence 

Work experience

•4-6 years of work experience •Minimum 2 years of workday experience required •Must Have worked on 2 or more implementation for Time/Absence or both.
