Workshop Manager

A Workshop Engineer is responsible for supervising daily workshop activities such as fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, planning manpower and materials, and ensuring work is executed as per quality and safety standards. The engineer coordinates with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues and meet production schedules. They monitor progress, conduct inspections, reduce rework and wastage, and maintain production records. Ensuring proper housekeeping, PPE usage, and adherence to SOPs is essential. The Workshop Engineer plays a key role in timely delivery and efficient workshop operations.
