Job Description
X Ray Technician
Customer Service
a) Greet customer as per Service Signature norms, explain tests process & TAT for reports, make the customer comfortable, collect NPS feedback, , take patients consent before starting the procedure b) Support on day camps by marketing team d) Make relation building calls to customers
Process & Quality
b) Adhere to SOPs like reporting in system, file all the signed consent forms, 100% adherence to mandatory forms like female X-Ray consent & Form F, validation of reports with doctors, upload images in system, reports Sign-off process adherence in INSTA, Reports hand over to patients within TAT
Doctor Engagement
a) Interact with doctor & ensure conclusion are completed b) Doctor sign off is completed
