Job Description
- Conduct group and one-to-one and group yoga sessions as per schedule
- Design customized yoga programs based on individual goals (weight loss, flexibility, stress management, hormonal balance, etc.)
- Teach yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques safely
- Monitor students’ progress and provide guidance and corrections
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional class environment
