Job Title: Zoho Implementation Associate (Project Lead)

Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Association

Role Overview - We are seeking a seasoned Zoho Associate who is more than just a developer; we need a Solution Architect and Client Partner. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of 5–10 concurrent projects, ranging from initial migration to complex cross-app integrations. This role requires a "Go-Getter" who thrives under pressure, communicates with authority, and views technology as a tool to drive client success stories.

• Key Responsibilities1. Application & Technical Management
• End-to-End Implementation: Lead the architectural design and deployment of Zoho One suites (specifically CRM, Projects, Books, People, and Creator).
• Migration & Integration: Execute seamless data migrations from legacy systems and build robust third-party integrations using Deluge, APIs, and Zoho Flow.
• Advanced Automation: Design sophisticated Blueprints, workflows, and orchestration to streamline complex business processes.
• Troubleshooting: Act as the primary liaison with Zoho Support/Product teams to resolve high-priority technical glitches.
• 2. Client Management & StrategyAccount Ownership: Manage 5–10 clients simultaneously, serving as their dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Success Storytelling: Analyze client data to identify "wins" and document success stories that demonstrate ROI.
• Consultative Approach: Be available according to client convenience, maintaining a professional on-camera presence for all consultations.
• Pressure Handling: Navigate tight deadlines and high-stakes client requirements with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

• Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven track record in Zoho implementation with a portfolio of diverse projects.
• Certification: Valid Zoho Certified Consultant status or equivalent professional experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of Zoho’s internal logic, including Custom Functions, Deluge scripting, and Blueprinting.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
• Reliability: High-speed internet and a professional home-office setup suitable for constant video engagement.
