Zonal Manager- NBPS

Job Purpose

The Product Manager is responsible for both LI & GI Business numbers through Muthoot Fincorp Ltd ( MFL) branches centrally, Partner Management, New Product Initiative, Devising Marketing strategies, MIS and developing allied systems, Regulatory compliance, Driving business intelligence, D2C cross sell & upsell management and fulfilling Digital initiatives of the Organisation.  

Key Job Responsibilities

The Product Manager has to manage the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, Meetings with partners and prioritize business and branch support through Training, Product guidance activities to achieve the Organisation’s vision. The incumbent has to  work closely with product Manufacturer & Broking services unit (MRIBS) to deliver the assigned target & support initiatives.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Insurance -Life / GI Sales with an acumen to learn and adapt other Insurance product categories as well.
  • Fluency in English and other language is added advantage 
  • Sales as well as in-depth product knowledge on Insurance (LI & GI)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
