About Role: We are looking for a highly driven Area Sales Manager to manage and expand the company’s distribution network, drive subscriber acquisition, and ensure revenue growth within the assigned Territory.
Key Responsibilities: ▪ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target. ▪ Channel expansion - end to end distribution channel sales. ▪ Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers. ▪ Develop and execute territory sales strategies. ▪ Monitor competitor activities and market trends. ▪ Drive new subscriber acquisition and recharge revenue. ▪ Expand channel network and ensure market penetration. ▪ Ensure availability of products (STBs, recharge vouchers) in the market. ▪ Strengthen relationships with channel partners. ▪ Implement promotional activities and schemes. ▪ Ensure visibility and branding at retail outlets. ▪ Maintain MIS reports and sales forecasts. ▪ Ensure timely collection and payment reconciliation.
Required Skills & Experience: ▪ Graduate in any discipline. ▪ 3–6 years of experience in Consumer Appliances Industry. ▪ Strong experience in channel sales and distribution management ▪ Experience in handling sales targets and team management. ▪ Proven track record of achieving sales targets. ▪ Good understanding of the local market and territory. ▪ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
