Department: Broadband / Telecom Operations

• Key Responsibilities:Installation and activation of broadband connections.
• Router configuration and fiber splicing.
• Troubleshooting internet and connectivity issues.
• Attending customer complaints within TAT.
• Ensuring proper documentation of installations.
• Coordinating with backend and field teams.
• Requirements:ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical preferred)
• Minimum 6 months experience in telecom/broadband field
• Basic knowledge of fiber, networking, and router setup
• Bike & valid driving license mandatory
• Willing to work in field

Wireman – Job DescriptionJob Title: Wireman

Department: Field Operations

• Key Responsibilities:Fiber cable laying and jointing.
• Climbing poles and handling outdoor wiring work.
• Assisting engineer in installation and fault repair.
• Maintaining tools and safety standards.
• Resolving minor technical issues.
• Requirements:10th / 12th Pass
• Experience in cable/fiber work preferred
• Physically fit for field work
• Bike & valid driving license preferred
• Willing to travel locally
