Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: PURI

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrate features and benefits to clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to foster repeat business.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions when required.
