1. Role 1: Commi-1 (South Indian Cook)

Location: South Goa

Type: Full-time

Cuisine: South Indian (Pure Veg)

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, upma, etc.
• Must be excellent in preparing flavorful sambar and chutneys.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Assist the Head Chef as needed.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cooking.
• Ability to handle breakfast and evening shifts.
• Should be reliable, disciplined, and maintain kitchen hygiene.

Work Schedule:🕒 Timings: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Total 8 hours)

📅 Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Salary & Benefits:💰 Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month

2. Role 2: Commi-1 (Indian Chinese Cook)

Location: South Goa

Type: Full-time

Cuisine: Indian Chinese (Veg)

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes — gravies, fried rice, noodles, paneer dishes, etc.
• Maintain taste consistency and food quality.
• Handle kitchen operations efficiently during busy hours.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian Chinese cuisine.
• Should be able to work independently and manage orders quickly.
• Passionate about vegetarian cooking.

Work Schedule:🕒 Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: 1 day per week
