1. JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Executive – Construction Equipment Rental (Goa)

Location: North & South Goa

Industry: Construction Equipment Rental

Reporting to: Business Head / Founder

Role Summary We are looking for field-hardened sales professionals from cement / steel / TMT / RMC backgrounds who understand construction sites, contractors, and how money actually moves in this industry. This is a pure field sales role, not a desk fantasy.

• Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites daily and pitch equipment rental solutions
• Build relationships with:
• 
  
• Contractors
• Site engineers
• Builders
• Project managers
• Generate rental enquiries and close deals
• Coordinate with operations for delivery & pickup
• Ensure payment follow-ups and collections
• Maintain daily sales MIS (leads, site visits, rentals closed)
• Upsell repeat rentals to existing clients
• Mandatory Requirements (non-negotiable)3–10 years experience in cement / steel / TMT / RMC / construction materials sales
• Strong contractor & site network in Goa
• Comfortable working outdoors, visiting dusty sites
• Own two-wheeler
• Can chase payments without crying
