Job Description:

iGlobex Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT and digital services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms
• Pitch IT, digital marketing, web development, and software solutions to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
