Assistant Manager

· Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

· Manage the documentation and reporting of quality KPIs, performance metrics, and audit findings.

· Lead and mentor quality assurance teams to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.

· Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during quality inspections and assessments.

· Participate in risk assessment and root cause analysis activities to prevent quality incidents and non-conformities.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance the organization's quality management processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
