Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage piping projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop piping designs that meet project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance and integrity of piping systems
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and progress updates
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to procure materials and services
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize piping processes and workflows
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
