Associate Manager-Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural design and implementation of boiler systems to ensure efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, adhering to timelines and budget constraints
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on boiler structures to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
• Identify areas for improvement and innovation within boiler structure operations, implementing solutions for optimization
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and services required for boiler structure maintenance and upgrades
• Prepare reports and documentation on structural assessments, performance metrics, and project updates for management review
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in boiler structure design and maintenance to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
