Billing Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer for road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity measurement, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills for road construction works

Take site measurements and prepare BOQ as per drawings

Verify subcontractor bills and material bills

Maintain billing records, quantities, and project documentation

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts department

Prepare variation statements, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports

Ensure billing is done as per contract terms and timelines

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2–5 years of experience in road construction projects

Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing procedures

Familiar with drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software

Ability to work independently at site and office

Salary: As per experience (Negotiable)
