Deputy Manager

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all mechanical operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts related to mechanical maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in the industry
