Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance control systems and instrumentation within the thermal power plant
• Lead a team of control and instrumentation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems into existing operations
• Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols related to controls and instrumentation
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for control systems projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of learning and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 17-20 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
