Medical Social Worker

We are hiring a Medical Social Worker (MSW) for field-based awareness and outreach activities related to Cancer education & free Breast Cancer surgery under CMRF (Chief Minister Relief Fund).

Key Responsibilities:

• Field visits to villages, urban areas, and communities
• Meetings with Gram Panchayat members, Sarpanch, ASHA workers, Anganwadi staff, HWC-SHC, HWC-PHC, UPHC, CHC, UCHC,
• Educating communities about Cancer and Breast Cancer symptoms, early detection, & free treatment under CMRF
• Organizing and coordinating Breast Cancer Awareness programs and Health Camps
• Liaison with local NGOs, social workers, women groups, and Political Representatives
• Referring eligible patients to hospital for screening and treatment
• Assisting patients in CMRF documentation and hospital coordination
• Maintaining daily field activity reports

Requirements:

• MSW degree (Medical / Community / Healthcare Social Work preferred)
• Willingness to work 100% field-based and Sometimes office.
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Confidence in public interaction and awareness sessions
• Two-wheeler preferred
