Job Description
- chieve 100% monthly sales targets across all product categories
- Manage and ensure smooth primary billing for distributors and direct dealers
- Drive strong secondary sales by improving sub-dealer performance and demand
- Conduct daily market visits (minimum 4 counters) and submit visit reports
- Coordinate daily with DSO team and monitor their field activities
- Conduct monthly joint visits with each DSO for market evaluation
- Expand dealer network by adding new dealers every month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Prepare weekly distributor billing plans to ensure smooth sales flow
- Develop monthly sub-dealer sales plans aligned with targets
- Ensure category-wise sales growth as per business priorities
- Motivate and support Sales Executive to achieve targets and maximize incentives
