Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and onboarding Kirana store owners to the Pehchaan App.

Your primary role is to visit shops, explain the app features, assist in installation, and ensure continued engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit Kirana stores in your assigned area daily.
2. Explain the benefits of the Pehchaan App and encourage downloads.
3. Assist shop owners in installing and using the app.
4. Conduct follow-ups to ensure regular usage.
5. Maintain basic reporting of visits and installations.
6. Share customer feedback with the team.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (base pay)
2. Incentives/Perks: up to ₹7,000 per month (performance-based)
3. Work Hours: 8-10 hours/day
4. Work Days: 6 days/week
5. Company training and on-field support provided.
