We are currently hiring experienced professionals.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in telecom and fiber network implementation.

Open Positions:

Field Technician (FT)

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in telecom or fiber network projects

Technical Requirements:

FTTH network installation and maintenance

OTDR testing and analysis

Fiber splicing, jointing, and termination

Knowledge of OLT, ONT, and passive network components

Ability to handle field operations and ensure network reliability

Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise fiber network rollout and maintenance activities

Maintain quality, uptime, and safety standards at project sites

Coordinate with project teams for timely and efficient service delivery
