**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Travel within the assigned territory to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

*  Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

*  Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

*  Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

*  Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

*  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

**Requirements:**

*  **Education:** 10th Pass or below.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

*  **Language:** Must be fluent in **Bengali**. English language skills are not required.

*  **Gender:** Male candidates preferred.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  *  Basic understanding of sales principles.

  *  Ability to build rapport with clients.

**Salary and Benefits:**

*  **Monthly Salary:** ₹10,000 - ₹17,000 (Fixed).

*  **Incentives:** Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.
