Job Description
We are hiring a Paint Shop Chemist/Supervisor to manage powder coating + PT line chemical processes, ensure quality, safe operations, and achieve shift-wise production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve shift-wise qualitative & quantitative output in powder coating
- Maintain strict process & quality control in paint shop
- Ensure safe & smooth operations and shop-floor discipline
- Manpower deployment across different powder coating areas
- Troubleshooting / problem-solving for defects and process issues
- Improve OEE & utilization of powder coating plant
- Train shop-floor team periodically & support continuous improvement
- Track periodic maintenance of paint shop equipment
