Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and assist them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Counsel students on suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Handle basic queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or admission counselling is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Stable internet connection and a smartphone/laptop.
• Self-disciplined and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in EdTech or educational institutions.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
