Job Description:

I Trade Telematics is looking for a Software Support Executive who can provide technical support to clients and resolve software-related issues. The candidate should also have good knowledge of Advanced Excel for data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide software support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
• Resolve software-related issues
• Guide customers on software features and usage
• Prepare reports and handle data in Excel
• Maintain proper records of client queries and solutions

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, data handling)
• Basic knowledge of computer software
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Qualification:

• Graduate in any strea

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Prior experience in software support will be an advantage
