We are looking for dedicated **Back Office Support Executives** to join our Software Support team. The role involves assisting clients with software-related queries, resolving issues via remote support, and maintaining documentation to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

#Key Responsibilities:

* Provide back-end support for software users via phone, email, or chat.

* Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software systems.

* Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues promptly.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.

* Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is received.

* Generate daily/weekly support reports as required.

#Skills:

* Basic understanding of software applications and computer systems.

* Good communication skills (verbal and written).

* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Proficient in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

* Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
