Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Understand client business needs and ensure timely service delivery
- Account Management & CoordinationCoordinate between internal teams (sales, production, dispatch, finance) and clients
- Ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and delivery timelines
- Track contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals
- Customer Support & RetentionHandle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Sales Support & GrowthSupport the sales team in renewals, repeat orders, and upselling opportunities
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare reports on account performance and customer status
- CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Prepare regular MIS reports on client activity, order status, and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Customer-centric and detail-oriented approach
- Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B customer relationship management or account management
- Experience in manufacturing / services / industrial sales preferred
